Unused pieces in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Write to hello@shhome.in with your order number and reason. We arrange pickup where serviceable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the piece passing inspection.

Final-sale and personalised pieces cannot be returned. Hand-finished variations are not defects.
