Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our Moradabad atelier within 3–5 working days, packed in protective crating.
Timelines
Metro cities: 3–6 working days after dispatch. Rest of India: 5–10 working days. Remote pin codes may take longer.
Charges
Complimentary shipping across India on orders above ₹10,000. Below that, a flat ₹499 applies.
Insurance
Every shipment is insured door-to-door. If anything arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours and write to hello@shhome.in.
